Harold Vaughan was born on a farm in southern Virginia in 1956. Though raised in the “religious South,” he did not have a personal relationship with the Lord until his later teenage years. After coming to Christ, God worked deeply in his heart and led him to Bible college, where he sensed a clear call to evangelistic ministry. God gave him a passion for reaching the lost and strengthening the local church.

After graduating from Liberty Baptist College in 1979, Harold entered full-time evangelism, a calling he has faithfully followed ever since. His ministry has taken him across 48 states and to many foreign countries.

Harold married his wife, Debbie, in 1979 after meeting in Bible college. Debbie serves in the CLM office, and together they have three grown sons, three daughters-in-law and six grandchildren.
